Leave cleanly.

The baseline app’s check-in data is local to your iPhone. You can remove it immediately without contacting us.

In the app

  1. For a single entry, open Patterns, select the entry, then choose Delete entry. This control is available for every stored entry, including free users’ older entries.
  2. For journal-only deletion, choose Delete all journal entries in Settings. This removes No bloating or level choices, notes, context tags, and any legacy photos while keeping practices, reminders, onboarding, and Plus access.
  3. Turning anonymous product analytics off clears the in-memory buffer, stops analytics sharing, rotates its local identifier, and removes queued analytics from this iPhone.
  4. For a full app-owned reset, open Settings → Delete all app-owned data. This also removes practice history, reminder requests, custom plan, feature-flag cache, the analytics buffer and local analytics queue/identity, onboarding choices, the first-open marker, and the local subscription access cache.
  5. Events already delivered to an analytics service, Apple subscription transaction records, and service-managed records are outside this local control. Manage or request those records through the applicable service’s support controls.

This does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage that separately in Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Need help?

See the support page for purchase recovery and feedback options. You do not need a BloatFree account or a support request to delete local data. Deleting local data does not cancel billing.
